Here is the first case of the week. We will keep these short and sweet - minimal history, diagnosis based largely on images. The answer will be posted the following week... Residents - send me your diagnoses via email (see button below). This is a 38-year-old male who presented with slowly-progressive headache, nausea, and difficulty concentrating. No focal neurologic deficits.
