Here is the story of a 60-year-old with the unfortunate primary complaint of chronic watery diarrhea, who has also noticed hair loss and weak fingernails. Upon endoscopy, his stomach and duodenum were "carpeted" with polyps. The pictures are from one of the stomach polyps.
